A nationally recognized, mission-driven service organization is seeking an experienced marketing executive to lead consumer marketing strategy, accelerate demand generation, and strengthen brand performance across a large franchise network.

Reporting to the CEO and President, this senior leadership role will oversee national and local marketing initiatives, digital strategy, referral marketing, brand positioning, and a multimillion-dollar marketing budget. The CMO will lead a multi-layered marketing team, establish performance metrics and accountability, optimize marketing investments, and partner closely with Franchise Development and Operations to drive growth and consistent execution across markets.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in a franchise, multi-unit, or distributed business model, with a proven track record in consumer marketing, digital demand generation, budget management, analytics, and team development. Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex franchise relationships are essential.
