A growing, multi-brand franchise organization is seeking an experienced Brand Leader to oversee the performance, growth, and strategic direction of an established franchise brand. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving system-wide sales, strengthening franchisee relationships, improving unit-level profitability, and ensuring operational excellence while supporting the organization’s broader growth objectives.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, a strong background in franchising, multi-unit operations, sales leadership, and P&L management. Success in this role requires the ability to build trust with franchisees, lead and develop teams, drive accountability, manage change, and translate business strategy into measurable results. Experience in B2B commercial services, multi-brand organizations, or private equity-backed businesses is preferred.
